Women's Health

A record of your body, kept private to you.

Periods and fertile days, trying for a baby, the pregnancy week by week, and the months after the birth. One place, in plain words, that nobody else on your account can read.

  • Sign in with your email address
  • Family members never see it
  • You decide what your partner sees

Wherever you are right now

Support for different stages of life.

Nothing is assumed about you. You say which stage you are in, and the screen changes to match.

  • My cycle: day 13 of about 28 on the cycle ring, in the fertile window, with the next period estimate, with sample data

    My cycle

  • Trying to conceive: the fertile window and expected ovulation, with sample data

    Trying for a baby

  • Pregnancy: 24 weeks 4 days, the baby this week and the due date, with sample data

    Pregnancy

  • After the birth: postpartum day 16, with recovery and the baby's day to log, with sample data

    After the birth

My cycle

Log your period dates and usual cycle length. The calendar shows estimated fertile days and your next expected period when enough information is available. Dates may change and must not be used to avoid pregnancy.

Trying for a baby

Keep cycle dates and ovulation test results together. Estimates can help you plan, but do not confirm ovulation or guarantee pregnancy.

I am pregnant

The week you are in and how the baby is growing, every antenatal visit and scan with the values from the report, and the signs that mean call today.

After the birth

Feeds, sleep and the baby's weight, your own bleeding, stitches and mood, and the checks that matter in the first twelve weeks.

Menopause

Your stage, worked out from the periods you have logged, a symptom score a doctor will recognise, and when a change is worth a doctor's opinion.

My history: a summary of cycle lengths and entries each month, with sample data

My history

Everything she has logged, newest first, with cycle lengths over time. Filter it, correct an entry, or download it.

Health checks and prevention: a cervix screening test due now, with sample data

Health checks and prevention

The screening tests due for her age and journey, what she has already had, and why each one matters.

His side: when a couple should get checked together, with sample data

A guide for her partner

Trying for a baby is a two-person thing. A plain guide for him: what helps, and when he should be checked.

Captured from the product with sample data. Estimates are a guide, not a diagnosis or a method of contraception.

Women’s Health

Her record, ready for the consulting room.

Take one page to the doctor, and learn what is worth asking about in between.

A summary for her doctor: at a glance figures, her cycles and the dates behind them, with print and PDF download, with sample data

A summary for her doctor

Her cycles, pregnancy dates and recent symptoms on one page, each figure marked as recorded, worked out or estimated. She can print it, or download the full record as a PDF to take or send to her doctor.

She chooses who gets it. The summary is not a diagnosis.

Wellness: health checks and prevention, a check for common problems, and reading for her stage, with sample data

Wellness

Reading for the stage she is in, health checks and prevention for her age and journey, a check for common problems that says when to see a doctor, and myths and facts.

General health information, not a substitute for a doctor.

Captured from the product with sample data.

The part that matters most

Private means private.

One login can hold a whole family's records. This one is not part of that.

  • Family members on your account never see periods, fertility or pregnancy entries, whatever their role.
  • Your partner sees only what you tick, line by line, and you can change it any day.
  • Nothing you have not ticked is even sent to his screen.
  • A man can set the record up for a woman in his family, but what her partner sees stays her decision.
  • Sharing with a clinician is yours to switch on, for as long as you choose.

What your partner sees

Seven switches, each one yours. This is what the screen actually asks:

  • The pregnancyHow many weeks, the due date, how the baby is growing.
  • Appointments and scansWhen the next visit is. Not the results.
  • Test resultsThe numbers from her scans and blood tests.
  • Warning signsAnything that means see a doctor, so he can help her get there.
  • Periods and fertile daysThe dates, and the days most likely to conceive.
  • How she feels each dayHer own notes on symptoms and mood.
  • After the birthFeeds, sleep, the baby's weight, and her recovery.

Off by default except the pregnancy, its appointments and the warning signs.

Setting it up for someone

A husband, a son or a father can start it. She still decides.

Register the woman in your family from your own account. A code goes to her mobile, and she confirms it there. You can help her run the record; what her partner is shown is hers alone, and nothing you do changes that.

You register her

Her name, her date of birth and her mobile number, from your account.

She confirms

With a code that reaches her own phone. Until then, nothing of hers is shown to anyone.

You help, she decides

You can keep the record up to date. What her partner sees stays her switch to turn.

Questions people ask

Before you start.

Who can see my cycle?

You. Family members with access to your account never see cycle, fertility or pregnancy entries, whatever their role. Your partner sees only what you tick, and anything you have not ticked is left out of what is sent to him, not just hidden on his screen.

My husband set up the account. Does he control it?

He can run the record he set up, and he can register the women in his family. What your partner is shown is still yours alone to decide, and he can never widen it for himself.

Can I stop sharing later?

At any time, and each item separately. Turning one off takes effect on his next screen; ending the link altogether stops everything at once.

Do I need a hospital to use this?

No. Sign in with your email address and start logging. Hospital records are available when your record is connected and you have access.

Is this advice from a doctor?

No. Everything here is read from the dates and answers you gave it. It says plainly when something is worth a doctor's opinion, and helps you get to one.

What if I am not trying to get pregnant?

Most of it is not about pregnancy. Periods, symptoms, screening due by age, and the questions worth asking a gynaecologist stand on their own.

It starts with one date.

Sign in with your email address. Log your last period and usual cycle length for an early estimate, or choose the journey that fits you.
