Solutions

Connected care. Separate, private records.

Hosvi connects hospital teams, patients and families. Each person keeps a separate record. Women’s Health has its own privacy and sharing controls.

What patients actually see

The two products your patients hold in their hand.

These are captures of the running product, not drawings. The hospital console is on the hospitals page.

Patient & Family Portal

One login for the whole family and a separate record for each person. They find a doctor at any Hosvi hospital, book, and keep visits, medicines, reports and bills together.

Cycle, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, private to the person. Never visible through family access, and shared with a clinician only while she chooses to share it.

The hospital platform

Hospital tools, organised by task.

This catalogue lists 39 features in 10 feature groups, not hospital departments or separately priced modules. The tools available to your hospital depend on its plan, declared specialties and setup. See plans and pricing.

Front office

  • Registration. Search by name, mobile or UHID before registering a patient. Review possible matches to reduce duplicate records.
  • Appointments. Manage doctor availability, online bookings and follow-ups in one schedule. Online slots depend on the hospital’s booking rules.
  • Live queue. The waiting room calms down. Digital tokens tell every patient exactly where they stand, on one board the desk and the doctors both watch move.
  • Patient portal. Patients can book visits and access their authorised records. Online payments and video visits depend on the hospital’s enabled services.

Clinical

  • Consults & e-Rx. Structured notes and an e-signed FHIR R4 prescription that lands in your pharmacy before the patient reaches the counter. No handwriting, no lost slips, no re-typing.
  • AI Scribe. The note writes itself while the doctor looks at the patient instead of the screen. Ambient documentation drafts it, the doctor signs it.
  • Emergency & triage. Record triage information and review the emergency worklist. Clinical staff assess urgency and decide the next action.
  • OT management. Theatre time is your most expensive hour, so it is scheduled, not negotiated. The WHO safety checklist, pre-anaesthesia assessment and consent are built into the list.
  • Certificates. Medical, fitness, birth and death certificates issued in minutes, e-signed by a registered clinician, locked and audited so they hold up when questioned.

Inpatient

  • Wards & beds (ADT). Review bed status, admissions, transfers and discharges. Configured bed charges feed into billing for your team to check.
  • Nursing. Record observations, fluid intake, output and medicines given. Warning scores support clinical review; they do not replace monitoring by staff.
  • ICU. Review recorded observations for patients in intensive care. Staff remain responsible for monitoring, assessment and escalation.
  • Discharge summaries. Discharges stop being the bottleneck. A structured summary of the stay, the medicines and the follow-up is produced and shared while the family is still at the desk.

Specialty suites

  • ART cycles (IVF). Run a fertility practice properly. Couples tracked through stimulation, OPU, embryology and transfer, with follicular monitoring by cycle day and safety gates before every irreversible step.
  • Embryology & cryostorage. The work nobody can afford to get wrong, witnessed and logged. Embryo grading, day-3 and day-5 transfer, and monitored cryo tanks with occupancy and LN₂ alarms.
  • Women's Health. Your gynaecology patients arrive prepared. Cycle, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum tracked in their own private portal, shared with their clinician only when they choose to share it.
  • Dental suite. An FDI tooth chart your dentists will actually use, with per-surface findings and treatment plans followed from proposal to acceptance to paid.
  • Rehabilitation suite. Rehab that can prove its outcomes. Cases carry goals, an MDT programme and every therapy session through to discharge.

Pharmacy

  • Dispensing. Stop losing the prescription to the shop next door. A live queue takes it from consult to hand-over, drawing stock down FEFO and checking interactions before it is given.
  • Inventory & supply chain. Track suppliers, purchase orders, goods received and stock by batch. Check available quantities and expiry dates before posting stock movements.

Diagnostics

  • Laboratory. Track orders, sample collection, results and verification. Critical-value flags support staff review and communication with the treating team.
  • Radiology. Reporting your radiologists can work in from anywhere, with the worklist in one place. Images stream from the PACS you already own, so nothing is replaced.
  • Blood bank. Every unit accounted for from receipt to issue, with ABO and Rh crossmatch enforced. The safety record is the audit trail.

Billing & finance

  • Billing. Bring configured ward, lab and pharmacy charges into the bill. Review charges, tax and payments before confirming.
  • Governed discounts. Leakage stops at the counter. Every reduction has a category and a cap, anything larger needs an approval, and all of it is on the record.
  • Insurance & TPA. Claims stop ageing quietly. The whole lifecycle sits on the payer bill from submission to settlement, with the patient balance collected and visible.
  • Reports & analytics. Open one screen and know the day: what was collected, what is outstanding and what is slipping, with health scoring across every hospital in a group.

Interoperability

  • ABDM / ABHA. Be ready for national digital health rather than retrofitting it. ABHA linking and care contexts are built in, and nothing is shared without a consent.
  • FHIR R4 export. Export supported clinical data in FHIR R4 format. Check which records and fields are included before planning a transfer.
  • Telemedicine. Consult patients who cannot travel, and get paid for it. A waiting room, payment before joining and consent-gated recording, on the provider you prefer.

Operations & people

  • Staff & rosters. Everyone has their own login and only the access their role needs, with MFA and duty rosters for every department.
  • Payroll & leave. Leave approvals flow straight into the salary run, loss of pay applies itself, and payslips reach staff without a spreadsheet in between.
  • Expenditure. See what the hospital actually costs to run. Every operating expense is recorded against its invoice, from utilities to maintenance.
  • Ambulance. Your fleet earns instead of idling. Readiness and every patient transport from dispatch to drop on one board.
  • Equipment & maintenance. Keep an equipment register, service schedules and maintenance records. Review overdue work and arrange servicing with the responsible team.

Platform & security

  • Multi-hospital. Grow from one hospital to a group without changing systems. Run them all from one platform, with staff who work across several.
  • Roles & access. People see what their job needs and nothing else, and a self-service page tells each of them exactly what that is.
  • Audit & break-glass. Review recorded activity and authorised emergency-access events. Available audit details depend on the action and your permissions.
  • WhatsApp & payments. Reach patients where they already read. Appointment and bill updates on WhatsApp, and payment collected end to end.

Specialty setup is included on every plan. Choose your specialties during onboarding, then review the departments, templates and tools enabled for your hospital. All 37 specialties
