The family account
Switch between family members without merging their medical records. Adults approve their own access. Parents and verified guardians can manage children and appropriate dependants. Patients control portal sharing and family access; healthcare providers retain clinical records according to applicable medical and legal requirements.

Questions families ask
Yes. An adult joins your family only after answering a code sent to their own mobile, and they decide at any time whether you see everything, only the family owner, or nothing.
A parent or verified guardian opens a child's record and manages it. When the child turns 18, the record is handed over with a code on their own number.
Add them as a person without a mobile. Their record sits under your account with you as caregiver, and they can take it over later with a number of their own.
Yes, a summary, for a time you choose. Every share is recorded in your access history.
Each person's ABHA number is linked separately to their own record, never to the family account.
Use your registered email to sign in. Review your contact details in your profile, or contact support if you cannot access your account.
Yes. Upload PDFs or photos; they are labelled as patient-uploaded, and values read from them are marked as awaiting confirmation until a clinician verifies them.
Patients control portal sharing and family access. Healthcare providers retain clinical records according to applicable medical and legal requirements.
Your health timeline
See hospital-generated records and the documents you upload in one chronological view. Every item shows its patient, date and source.
Your records
Add prescriptions, laboratory reports, scan reports, discharge summaries, vaccination records, insurance documents and historical records from any provider. Each upload stays linked to the right family member, and a doctor sees a record only when you share it. Keep your own copy of important documents. Extracted information is a draft until you or the care team confirm it.
What is due next
Home lists, for every family member, what is due: medicines in a course, appointments and follow-ups, a child's next vaccination, tests awaited, a prescription that ends soon and a pregnancy follow-up. You can also set your own reminders, delivered in the portal or by WhatsApp, SMS or email where your hospital has that messaging switched on. Reminders are organisational aids, not clinical monitoring or emergency alerts.
