Which plan is mine?
Hospital Starter and Hospital Growth are scoped by doctors (up to 3 and up to 10). Hospital Pro is scoped by beds (up to 50) and runs the whole platform. Over 50 beds, move to the published per-bed rate; multi-site groups take a scoped quote.
What does annual billing include?
Two months free: the annual price is ten months of the monthly one. Standard remote onboarding and training are included on every plan.
Do specialty suites like dental, IVF or rehabilitation cost extra?
No. Declare the specialties you practise and each one's suite is included on any plan. Your medical specialty is never a surcharge.
What is charged separately?
WhatsApp and SMS usage, payment gateway fees, heavy storage, onsite training, unusual migration work and custom integrations. Each is quoted before it is used.
Is there founder pricing?
Yes, for a limited, named cohort of early hospitals, offered privately during the demo. It is not a public discount.
Can we change plans later?
You can request a plan change. Review the new price, included tools, limits and effective date with the team before confirming.
How does per-bed pricing work for larger hospitals?
Hospital Pro covers up to 50 beds, including exactly 50. Per-bed pricing is also an option from 50 beds. Above 50 beds, ask for per-bed pricing or a scoped quote. Confirm the minimum platform fee and total before choosing.
Is GST included?
No. GST is charged on top at the prevailing rate and shown on every invoice.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your data is always yours. Ask which records can be exported, in which formats, and how to arrange an export before you leave. Confirm any service charges in your agreement.
